Work out 5 and 2lb Down

I think I am starting to love going to the gym. I mean I hate it because my legs are burning and hurting from all the running I am doing but over all I am learning to love the burn. I love going to the gym because its a place where I can think without many distractions. I also love it because I love to people watch and if you've ever gone to a gym you can find a bit of humor in the people that go. The faces and noises they make when lifting something heavy is funny. I know I make funny faces and probably look like I am going to pass out but I keep going. I think that going to the gym and seeing all the different people gives me inspiration to keep going. 

I find it very rewarding when I go to the gym now because every time I finish a work out I start feeling a bit better. I have a since of achievement when I finish working out because I still can't believe I made it. I am totally feeling stronger already in everything I do. I can feel it in my legs all day and I don't ever want to lose that feeling. I have pride in what I am doing right now as I feel I should always have. I will not give up. 

Overall I have lost two pounds in the last week. I hope to lose much more in the coming weeks. Watch me go go go go.... I will not give up! 
 Stair Stepper- Okay I may not know all the correct machine words but oh well. I did it for all most 7 minutes fourteen floors and fifty calories. I hope to get to twenty floors next time! 

Elliptical- Okay 675 Calories BAM! I only got four miles but heck still made my mark. My legs were feeling it yesterday so I think that may have slowed me down a bit but just gotta stay motivated and keep trying.
