Last night I decided to really get Josh and I's closet completely organized as best as possible. A lot of our problem was that a lot of our clothes were on the ground and random misc items with no real place to go. So first I started to empty out the closet especially all of the clothes and missed place items. I then worked on the shelf's and organizing stuff so we could find it. I still have a bit more I would like to do with it maybe get some different boxes to make it all match but I didn't have the money to complete that right now.
I then began to hang up all the random clothes and organize it in the closet to make sure I had everything up so I could see how much room I had left. Once everything was on hangers I moved around our shoe rack against the far wall to make it have a bit more space.
Next I took shower curtain hooks and used them to hang my purses and scarves and belts. It helped not have things on the floor as much. I think moved our black shelf into the closet, the reason I decided to do that was because I wanted to keep the clothes in one place.
Now to my favorite part of my entire closet is the Jewelry hanger I made. I found it at the Dollar tree for guess what just a dollar! It only come with a few screws so I used some ones I had left over at home to make it stronger. Other wise it is great! I think I may get another one because I do have more jewelry too.
The dollar store is my best friend! I am able to come up with a ton of simple organizational tips that make every home more organized :) Any tips for me? Let me know!
